Who We Are
Upoma Knit Fashion Limited (UKFL) is a 100% export-oriented circular knit garment manufacturer established in 2011, based in Ashulia, Savar - at the heart of Bangladesh's garment manufacturing corridor. Over 14 years, UKFL has built a reputation as a reliable, full-package knitwear partner for international brands, retailers and importers sourcing from Bangladesh, serving buyers across Europe, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
Our integrated facility manages the complete manufacturing cycle - from tech-pack development and OEKO-TEX certified fabric sourcing, through cut-make-trim production and AQL inline quality control, to FOB Chittagong export documentation. Every order is handled by experienced merchandisers who communicate proactively at every milestone, ensuring your product arrives exactly as briefed, on time and on cost.
What distinguishes UKFL within the Bangladesh RMG sector is our specialisation in complex, high-fashion knitwear styles at lower minimum order quantities. While larger factories require high MOQs to fill their capacity, our production model is built around flexibility - enabling both established global retailers and growing independent brands to access premium Bangladesh knitwear manufacturing without compromise.
Our facility operates dedicated CMT departments for each product category - ladies nightwear, mens and ladies loungewear, t-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jog pants, women joggers and leggings, kidswear and mens underwear. We work with circular knit fabrics in single jersey, pique, French terry, interlock and fleece constructions, sourced from Bangladesh's leading OEKO-TEX certified yarn-dyed and greige mills. Embroidery, screen printing and garment washing are all available in-house.
Quality at UKFL is not a final checkpoint - it is built into every production stage. We operate AQL 2.5 inspection protocols with dedicated inline, mid-line and final audits conducted by our in-house QC team. Photographic inspection reports are shared with buyers at every production milestone, providing full visibility without requiring factory visits.
UKFL holds BGMEA and BGBA membership, is BSCI audited, SEDEX registered and works to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliance. Our audit documentation and supply chain transparency meet the standards required by responsible international brands and ethical retailers across all major export markets including the EU, UK, Australia and the Middle East.

Our flagship category. Nightshirts, classic pyjama sets and jersey pyjama sets produced in soft single jersey, brushed fleece and cotton interlock. Expertise in co-ordinated prints, lace trim and embellishment detailing - a key strength for European and Australian retail buyers.
Relaxed jersey trouser sets, coordinated pyjama loungewear and lounge pants in soft single jersey and French terry. Elasticated and drawstring waistband construction, co-ordinated top-and-bottom sets ready for retail pack presentation.
Ladies and men's t-shirts in single jersey, pique and waffle knit. From clean basics to fashion-forward silhouettes - oversized, cropped and slim fit. Screen print, embroidery and label decoration handled in-house for branded and promotional orders.
Men's classic and performance polo shirts in pique and interlock knit. Multiple collar styles including traditional, mandarin and rugby options. High-volume polo production with consistent collar, cuff and placket quality inspection at every inline stage.
Pullover and zip-through sweatshirts and hoodies in fleece-back and French terry fabrics. Ribbed cuff and waistband, kangaroo pocket, drawstring hood construction - for casualwear, sportswear and branded promotional markets. Garment washing in-house.
Men's and women's jog pants in French terry, single jersey and ponte knit. Side seam and patch pockets, elasticated and drawstring waistbands, cuffed and open hem finishes. Suitable for activewear, loungewear and casualwear markets across all price brackets.
Women's stretch leggings in 4-way stretch jersey and ponte fabric. High-waist, standard and cropped lengths in plain and printed construction. Full-body comfort and shape-retention expertise, produced for activewear, athleisure and casualwear buyers across global markets.
